Malaysian property developer SP Setia’s $500 million tower, known as UNO, will stand 210-metres-high and occupy a 1,741sq m site at 111 A’Beckett Street.
Kuala Lumpur-listed player purchased the site in the Melbourne CBD’s northern end for $61 million mid-2017, at the time its sixth purchase in Australia.
The 635 apartment development will feature a lobby and concierge, private dining area, lounge, bar, entertainment space and media room on level one.
Additional residential facilities on level nine will include a yoga studio, therapy room, gym, steam room, sauna, spa, swimming pool and an outdoor cinema.
